Refund policy

EANNELOUISE is committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your online purchase. We gladly accept returns or exchanges of items in their original, unworn, and unaltered condition within 10 calendar days of delivery, subject to the requirements below:

• Item/s has a manufacturing defect.
• Item/s does not fit.
• Item/s should have the original tags attached and be in the same condition as when it was received.
• Item/s must be in the original packaging.

All items submitted for return or exchange are subject to inspection and approval.

An EANNELOUISE representative will contact you once your items have been received and verified. Please be advised that the customer is responsible for all logistics and delivery fees to our studio.

For approved refunds, payments will be issued to the original payment method within 2–3 business days; please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Approved exchanges will be processed and dispatched within 1–2 weeks from the date of approval.
